Graphic Designer (Print, Digital)

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our real estate brokerage team in Toronto. As our Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing team to create visually stunning marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and other promotional materials to help promote our brand and properties. You will use your creativity and technical skills to design materials that will help us stand out in the competitive real estate market. You will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality, visually appealing graphics and layouts for both print and digital media.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create visual content for marketing and advertising campaigns, including social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, and flyers.
• Develop and maintain the brokerage’s brand identity through the design of logos, stationery, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually stunning and effective presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all materials and ensure that all marketing collateral adheres to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends and software.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in graphic design or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Demonstrated ability to create designs that are visually appealing and effective.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with web design and development is a plus.
