Junior Web Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Web Developer to join our Real Estate Brokerage team in Toronto. As a Junior Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly, responsive web pages that promote our business and services. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that our website is up-to-date and effectively communicates our brand messaging to our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-friendly, responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure that our website content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Troubleshoot and fix any issues that may arise with the website.
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure that the website is SEO-friendly and adheres to best practices for on-page optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Job Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress.
• Experience with front-end development frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A portfolio of web development work is preferred.
