As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for working with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties in Toronto and the surrounding areas. You will use your knowledge of the local real estate market and industry regulations to provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the transaction process. In this role, you will work independently to generate leads, build relationships with clients, and negotiate deals to achieve the best outcomes for all parties involved.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build a network of clients by marketing and promoting real estate services to potential customers.
  • Assess client needs, preferences, and financial resources to provide guidance on property features, market conditions, and financing options.
  • Show properties to prospective buyers and tenants, highlighting key features and benefits of each property.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all information.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values, competitive prices, and market trends to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closings to ensure a successful transaction.
  • Attend industry events and participate in continuing education to stay up-to-date with real estate industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Active Real Estate License in the Province of Ontario, with a clean disciplinary record.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a proven track record of successful deals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, property management, and financing options, as well as current market trends and conditions.
  • Proven ability to close sales, negotiate contracts, and handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Toronto and the surrounding areas, including their neighborhoods, schools, amenities, and local culture.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary to travel to property locations and meet clients.
