Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our Real Estate Brokerage team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be working closely with real estate agents to ensure that all clients receive the highest level of customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their needs and concerns
• Work closely with real estate agents to understand clients’ needs and preferences
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to attract and retain clients
• Manage client expectations and ensure timely and effective communication
• Maintain accurate client records and reports

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management or sales
• Real estate experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
